The world leader in 2-wheel electric mobility is the protagonist with Opinion Leader at the most important two-wheel exhibition. The agency populates the NIU stand with journalists and influencers and shows off one of the most loved motorcycle riders.

NIU returned to the International Cycle, Motorcycle and Accessories Exhibition (EICMA). This year the world’s leading brand of electric two-wheeled vehicles has set up an impressive stand to host the numerous new products, starting with the NIU RQi, the Brand’s first electric motorcycle. However, one strong point has remained compared to the 2022 edition: NIU has confirmed Opinion Leader as its PR and the press office agency. Opinion Leader thanks to its great know-how in automotive communication, has worked out the perfect strategy for this important appointment.

Press Days at the stand

Over 560,000 visitors and more than 7,000 journalists, technicians and communication professionals from 62 countries attended the exhibition scheduled in Milan from 7 to 12 November 2023. Opinion Leader worked with a view to these numbers and the different targets. First of all, the agency invited journalists from the major Italian and foreign newspapers in the motorcycle sector to the NIU stand for the press dedicated days. In addition to the formal invitations on the eve, the staff also acted “on the field”, to deliver to the international top management of the Asian company an agenda full of 1:1 interviews after the official speech.

The NIU red and white arena confirmed itself as an obligatory stop for the public as on Saturday the Opinion Leader brought to NIU Danilo Petrucci, one of the most beloved two-wheel riders to the stand. Danilo is the only rider in the world to have won in MotoGP, MotoAmerica and, above all, in the Dakar. Petrucci was thus the perfect pilot to try the new NIU XQi3 full electric Dirt Bike and to fill the stand with passion and friendliness.

An EICMA-proof team

Petrucci, who was also the protagonist of a shooting on the XQi3 during the days of the event, was also the perfect speaker to talk about NIU with young people. Girls and boys “stormed” the stand during the entertainment moments, with quizzes with prizes, simulator races and musical performances. The posts published on social media by the talents and influencers invited and activated by Opinion Leader. The Milan agency is capable of offering an efficient team of “moto-influencers” (and not only), are also fundamental for engaging this type of interlocutors.
